Each Ideal 7 duffle is made to order after your design code and payment are confirmed.
No payment is collected through this form. We will reply first with the final total, estimated production timing, shipping details, and Cash App Business payment information.
PRODUCTION
Your duffle is placed into production after payment is received.
Current production timing for this duffle style is usually 2–3 business days before shipping. Shipping time is added after production.
Because each duffle is made to order, timing may shift slightly during busy production periods.
SHIPPING
All duffles ship with tracking.
Your final total will include the confirmed shipping cost before payment is requested.
Delivery to PO Boxes may not be available. Remote areas, oversized shipments, or multiple quantities may affect shipping cost or timing.
CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS
Please review your design code, quantity, and shipping details before payment.
Once the duffle is placed into production, changes or cancellations may not be possible.
RETURNS
Made-to-order duffles are final sale unless the item arrives damaged, incorrect, or with a manufacturing issue.
Returns are not accepted for change of mind, selecting the wrong design code, or slight differences in color, placement, texture, or lighting from a rendering.
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact Ideal 7 within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging.
